Unless otherwise stated, all products offered for sale come with one years manufacturers parts and labour warranty. This is in addition to consumers' statutory rights.
In the unlikely event of a product not being available at the time of your order, we will always contact you by e-mail to advise you of the situation and provide you with the option of cancelling your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt of your order.
We aim to deliver your item in 3 to 6 working days but cannot give you an exact delivery date or time. Delivery is to Mainland UK only and does not include Highlands and Islands. We can deliver outside Mainland UK but there will be an additional charge. Please email sales@lets-go-play.co.uk for a quote.
Delivery includes shipment to the front door. All goods will need to be signed for and the driver may ask for assistance unloading. Please inspect your purchase for damage prior to signing and accepting delivery. If there is any sign of damage you must state this on the drivers delivery note before signing for the item.
You may cancel your order by writing to us by post or email sales@lets-go-play.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt of the goods by you. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days at your expense in an undamaged, unused and unopened condition. We will refund the cost of your order subject to deduction of our delivery charge and a nominal handling charge of £30.00 + VAT. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please contact us within 7 days if you receive faulty products. You are entitled to a full refund should you wish or alternatively we will arrange an exchange. This could involve the customer dealing with the manufacture direct. In the event of goods needing to be returned, the return will only be valid if authorised by Lets Go Play and if returned in appropriate packaging. We ask that you open all packages with care and that you retain the packaging in case the goods need to be returned. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
All faulty or damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified to us on sales@lets-go-play.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.
While we aim to avoid complaints by providing a quality service, we recognise that an essential part of any quality service is the provision of an effective complaints procedure. Any complaints should be forwarded by email to complaints@lets-go-play.co.uk We will endeavour to respond within five working days, with the intention of resolving all complaints fairly, confidentially, effectively and speedily.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the terms and conditions of Lets Go Play. All contracts are subject to English law.
